Returns

Standard items which are ordered through the Ceremonia site are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.  The item must be unused and undamaged.  

Send an email through this site explaining that you would like a refund and you will be sent a postage-paid return label via email.   Please keep the box for ease of return. 

If you make a return, please be kind enough in to explain in your email why the product did not meet your needs or was unsatisfactory.  

Custom work is not eligible for a return, however if you are unsatisfied, please get in touch.  In most cases, changes can be made so that the piece is just what you want!  If the changes are extensive and outside of the scope of the original agreement, you may be charged more.
